2.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of jljlok, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jljlok account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jljlok reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. jljlok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljlok login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jljlok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. jljlok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.4 Verification. jljlok may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity, age, or payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All jljlok accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jljlok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jljlok wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. jljlok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jljlok within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. jljlok reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly limits, are as specified on the jljlok Platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. jljlok does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jljlok reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
5.1 jljlok may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jljlok takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
5.4 jljlok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and jljlok reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
6.1 Each game available on the jljlok Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All jljlok games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of jljlok's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9.1 jljlok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 jljlok reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 You may close your jljlok account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
12.3 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
